While some are effective, others are just out here fulfilling their sponsorship duty.

Today, we evaluate SlimQuick: what it is, its ingredients, how it works, scientific evidence, and potential side effects.

How effective is SlimQuick? Is it the best powder for weight loss?

Find out in this SlimQuick review.

What Is SlimQuick?

SlimQuick is a weight loss supplement that promises to help women lose their weight three times quickly.

It is formulated to deal with six physical reasons why women have trouble losing weight.

SlimQuick Pure is manufactured by  SlimQuick Laboratories, a U.S. based company.

The company states that this diet product contains natural ingredients that promote weight loss in women within 13 weeks of use.

You should expect the following benefits:

  • Increased metabolism
  • Suppressed appetite
  • More energy
  • Reduced stress
  • Regulated hormone levels
  • Reduced water retention

Ingredients

SlimQuick Pure contains natural extracts, vitamins, and minerals that support weight loss.

Let’s look at each ingredient.

AlloPure Green Tea
Green tea is among the most common weight loss ingredient that is loaded with antioxidants. It contains caffeine, a stimulant that boosts fat burning and promotes exercise performance. Besides, it contains antioxidants known as catechins that boost metabolism and increase the effects of some fat-burning hormones, including norepinephrine. Catechins block the enzyme that breaks down this hormone. High levels of norepinephrine boost fat breakdown, which is released into the blood for your energy levels. One study 1 shows that obese individuals lost an average of 7.3 more pounds in 3 months than those who did not take green tea.
Caffeine (Anhydrous)
SlimQuick includes caffeine –and for a good reason. It boosts metabolism and helps convert fat into energy. Caffeine is a stimulant that not only stimulates your metabolic rate but makes you energized and awake. Besides, it accelerates epinephrine release, a hormone that prompts the fat tissues to break down fat and release it to the bloodstream. One study 2 published in the American Journal of Physiology shows that caffeine enhanced fat burning by 14 percent in lean women and 10 percent in obese women. Effects were higher in lean objects.
Rhodiola Extract
Rhodiola is an adaptogen-it helps your body adapt to stress. It has been traditionally used to treat fatigue, depression, and anxiety. Today, Rhodiola is used to reduce stress and fatigue and boost exercise performance.
Chaste Tree Extract
Chaste tree has been used to support normal levels of female hormones, particularly progesterone and estrogen. Therefore, it reduces premenstrual symptoms, including sugar cravings.

How Does SlimQuick Work?

The manufacturer states that SlimQuick Pure supports 3 times more weight loss compared to dieting alone.

It claims to target 6 major reasons that make it hard for women to lose weight: slower metabolism, stress, hormones, appetite, water retention, and low energy.

The official website writes that there is clinical evidence that SlimQuick reduces appetite, boosts energy, and burns fat.

However, there is only one study on Green Tea on the website. There isn’t more supporting evidence to back the claims.

How To Use It?

SlimQuick Pure Strength comes in both powder and capsule form.

You should take 3 capsules of SlimQuick Pure Regular Strength with breakfast and 3 capsules in the afternoon, preferably 6 hours later.

You are not allowed to take more than 6 capsules within 24 hours.

If you are taking the powdered SlimQuick, you are required to mix 1 pack with 16oz. of water.  Take 1 serving in the morning and another in the afternoon in the first week.

In the second week, increase the dosage to 2 servings in the morning and 1 serving in the afternoon. Then take 2 servings in the morning and afternoon in the third week.

SlimQuick should be taken with meals while following a regular exercise program and a low-fat diet.

Are There Any Side Effects?

SlimQuick uses natural ingredients, but some may have some side effects.

Caffeine is known to cause side effects, especially in individuals who are sensitive to it. Some of these side effects may include jitteriness, headaches, anxiety, insomnia, and restlessness.

You should avoid taking SlimQuick with other caffeinated beverages to reduce the amount of caffeine in your body per day.

Here are some reported side effects:

  • Bloating
  • Increased trips to the bathroom
  • Difficulty sleeping
  • Raises blood pressure
  • Acne
  • Nausea
  • Rapid heart rate
  • Vomiting

One customer warn:

It caused me severe health problems until this day; I am still suffering! They caused me to have high cortisol levels, “Adrenal Fatigue” after months of doctors saying it was anxiety, finally a doctor tested my cortisol level, and it was high due to the amount of caffeine in these pills. Now I’m waiting to see a specialist. Before this, I was a healthy 45yr old with no medical problems ever. Now I have internal tremors, breathing difficulties, weakness in arms and legs, heart palpitations, nauseous, memory loss, and went from 138lbs to 123lbs, and hard to gain any weight back.

Remember, green tea may interact with various medications, including blood thinners, anti-anxiety meds, and blood pressure pills, increasing or decreasing their function.

Is SlimQuick A Scam?

No, SlimQuick is not a scam.

However, there is a concern about the use of a proprietary blend.

Caffeine anhydrous is a highly concentrated stimulant. While 400mg of caffeine daily is considered safe, caffeine in SlimQuick is part of a proprietary blend. Therefore, we cannot tell the dosage.

High coffee can be harmful in individuals with pre-existing heart problems.

SlimQuick Reviews: What People Say About This Product?

There are mixed reviews online.

Of 181 customer reviews on Amazon, 46% are giving it 5 stars, with an overall rating of 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Let’s look at some of the reviews.

Here are some positive ones.

Lauren Siebel writes:

I typically use SlimQuick pills when I have to control my eating habits, say a day at the fair or go out for dinner with friends. They help me stay full for hours only after eating a small meal, and the extra kick of energy is nice too. However, if you are sensitive to caffeine, I would recommend the caffeine-free SlimQuick.

Grunaus says:

I was skeptical about buying this product, and like many, I was not looking for a miracle pill, just something to help me stay motivated and focused on what I wanted. I’ve taken 1/3 the recommended dose (I capsule instead of 3) for a consistent week now while eating less than 1500 calories a day and getting on average 30 minutes of cardio a day. I’ve lost 4 pounds and 1/2 a centimeter around my entire body. Quite impressed with the project. I will continue to use it and will buy it again when the capsules run out. GREAT motivation and helps you stay focused. It does make my stomach more active in the mornings, though. Keep in mind if you work in silent places.

What about negative reviews?

Most users complained of the high caffeine content, which causes heart palpitations, headaches, and anxiety, while others did not experience any changes in appetite, weight, or energy.

Brittanica states:

These are horrible! My first time taking dietary supplements, and I must say these have got to be one of the worse. Been taking them for a week. Started off taking 2 the first couple of days felt normal. The other five days, I followed what the box says 3 in the morning 3 snack time 6 hrs later… I feel very nauseous, sick, jittery, dizzy; my chest feels as if it’s caving in. I can’t fall asleep at night. I stay up until 4 am even though I took my lady dose at 3 pm!!!!! I am trashing the rest!!! WARNINGS DO NOT BUY!!! Eating right and exercise is definitely the right way to go.

If you have an existing medical condition or use medications that could be contradicted, it is best to avoid SlimQuick.
