Losing weight takes time and effort.

Many weight loss supplements claim to have the power to eradicate even the most stubborn of fat, especially in the belly.

The truth is no dietary supplement is a magic fat melting pill.

Supplements however can aid in suppressing appetite, reducing cravings and adding energy, all which work towards the final goal.

With the hundreds of weight loss supplements out there it is difficult to figure out which one is the most effective.

Reviews such as this one can help point you in the right direction.

Today we present a review of Rapid Tone, a weight loss supplement quite popular in the market.

It claims to be what you are looking for to finally lose that weight.

Let us examine these claims in this Rapid Tone review.

What Is Rapid Tone?

Rapid Tone is a dietary weight loss supplement for both men and women.

It fashions itself as a ‘natural thermogenic’ fat burner.

It claims to work by suppressing appetite and blocking fat creation in the body.

Eating less and having even less fat stored in the body automatically results in fat loss.

It is formulated from five natural ingredients that are quite popular with many weight loss supplements.

This supplement is approved to be taken alongside a Keto diet for faster results.

Rapid Tone is distributed by Nature’s Benefit Corporation.

An online search of this company reveals that they market dietary supplements backed by scientific research.

It is manufactured in the USA in FDA approved facilities.

This supplement is non GMO, gluten free and GMP certified.

It is worth noting that there is a similarly named weight loss supplement available online.

As far as we can tell both products have the same name (Rapid Tone), similarly colored bottles but different ingredients.

It is not immediately clear what the relationship between the two Rapid Tone supplements is, so we advise that you exercise caution as you buy.

How Does Rapid Tone Work?

Rapid Tone works in two main ways- suppressing appetite and preventing fat from being made in the body.

It relies on the five ingredients in its formula to deliver results.

An important point to note here is that this formula is intended to help get your body into ketosis faster.

It works best if taken alongside a keto diet (high fat, low carb diet).

Let us examine what ketosis is.

When the body needs energy it first converts available glucose, easily obtained from carbohydrates.

If you deprive the body of these carbohydrates such as when taking a keto diet, the body is forced to burn stored fat for energy.

Ketosis is the metabolic process where the body is forced to use stored fat for energy.

This is the process that results in weight loss.

When the body attains ketosis it produces acids called ketones that are eliminated in the urine.

How To Use Rapid Tone?

Each Rapid Tone bottle contains 60 capsules.

The manufacturer recommends that you take one capsule twice a day.

The best time is 20-30 minutes before a meal with 8oz. of water.

It is not advisable to exceed the recommended dose.

Are There Any Rapid Tone Side Effects?

Rapid Tone Side Effects
